The Remove button (previously called the 'Delete' button) executes the following actions:
- Remove undesired Events from the Dashboard.
- Prevent that specific Event from being pulled again.
- Removed Events are added to the Removed Events List, where they can be reverted if needed.
The Remove button will not:
- Will not block an organizer or venue.
- Will not block the same event that happens at another date or time.
- Will not have any impact on other Events listed in the Dashboard, it's use applies only to that single specific Event when you click on the button.
- Will not prevent future events from being pulled in, it will only remove the Event listed for that specific date and time you click on.
- Here is the tutorial for blocking events in the ways listed above: https://itidigital.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/66000507729
Using the Remove Button:
When you find an event you wish to remove from the Dashboard, simply click on Remove, and then confirm.
Removed Events are added to the Manually Removed Event list.
Removed Events may be found by navigating to Content Management>Block Keywords>Events>Manually Removed Events.
Events on this list may be:
- Reverted: allowed back into the dashboard, to the approved or unapproved list (whichever state of approval the Event was when removed).
- Deleted: Cleared from the Dashboard completely, including the Manually Removed List. This would allow the Event to be pulled again, as if it had not been pulled into the system before.
