While rare, there are unique system settings and configurations that occasionally interfere with embedded content. Please reach out to the ITI Digital Support Team for assistance evaluating any problems that arise with an embedded module.
Firewall Configuration: Verify that your firewall settings do not block our domain, which may prevent our content from loading.
Content Security Policy (CSP): Check that your website’s CSP settings allow loading and execution of external scripts, including those from our domain.
DNS Resolution: Ensure that your DNS configuration can properly resolve our domain name.
Ad Blockers: Confirm that no Ad blockers are interfering with our embedded scripts.
SSL Configuration: Ensure your website uses HTTPS, as insecure configurations (HTTP) may cause loading issues.
Script Embedding: Double-check that the embedded script is correctly implemented, including its location on the page and the spelling of the script tags.
API Checks: Verify that APIs called by our embedded scripts are accessible and return data without errors.
Script Conflicts: Look for any conflicts between our embedded script and existing scripts on your website that might prevent execution.
Style Conflicts: Check for style conflicts between our embedded content and your website’s CSS that could cause display issues.
Content Loading Delays: Review your website’s configuration and performance settings to ensure that slow loading speeds are not affecting content display.
Browser Cache: Clear or verify the browser cache to ensure it’s not using outdated or incorrect data.
