The redesigned Dashboard V3 gives you more control over your business listings with a unified view and powerful new filters. Whether you're organizing new listings, highlighting featured businesses, or prepping content for export, everything is easier to find and manage from the expanded filter bar.

To streamline repeat tasks, you can now save your favorite filter combinations and reuse them anytime—perfect for weekly updates, seasonal campaigns, or partner reporting.

Filter Options


These are the new filter options available for Business Listings:

  • Approval Status (Approved / Not Approved)
  • Category
  • Geolocation
  • Favorite Business Listings
  • Source (Google, Manual, Website Submitted)
  • Rating
  • Price
  • Marked for PDF Export
  • Featured Listings
  • Edited Listings
  • Added to Itineraries
  • Listings Without Images

Sorting Options:

  • Alphabetical (A–Z or Z–A)
  • Default system order


Step-by-Step: Save a Filter Preset

Step 1: Log in to your DXP Dashboard

Navigate to: Smart Business Listings → Manage Listings


Step 2: Apply your desired filters

Use the top filter bar to select filters like Source, Approval Status, Category, Rating, or any other criteria

Step 3: Click the Save Filters button

You’ll find this in the upper-right area of the filter bar

Step 4: Name your filter and click Create

 Give it a clear name (e.g., “Favorites in Downtown” or “Unapproved Listings”) and save


Step-by-Step: Use a Saved Filter


Step 1: In the filter bar, click My Filters

Step 2: Choose your saved filter from the dropdown

Your Smart Business Listings view will automatically refresh with the selected settings
