Applying Geofences in the DXP Dashboard allows you to pull Places/businesses from targeted areas in your region.
Adding and Editing Geofences:
Use the up and down arrows to increase and decrease the radius of coverage (in Miles).
Close the map pop up to see the map better, open it back up by clicking on the red 'pin' marker.
Select Categories you wish to pull from this area by clicking 'Select Categories' in the popup, checking the boxes you want added, then clicking 'OK' to save.
Click the 'Only pull resources in this city' to pull places with a street address listed in that specific city.
Click the blue 'Add' button to create the new Geofence.
You can edit categories of existing Geofences in the 'Remove Place Geolocation/Source' box by clicking the pencil icon.
Removing a Geofence will also remove all places and events pulled from that area, but the Geofence may of course be added again.
