A variety of features included in your DXP Dashboard Modules can easily be utilized to generate additional revenue for your organization. These features can be used to highlight local and regional business sponsors and partners.
Potential Revenue Generation Features
1. Tag events or places as a 'Featured Event' with the Editor's Choice button:
This is the most popular feature used for sponsorships. You can rename this category 'Sponsored' or 'Chamber Member' or anything you'd like. You can access this feature in the dashboard under Customization > Editor's Choice.

2. Pin events or places to the top:
Pinned events and places are placed at the top of the list, in the order they are pinned. Pinned events stay at the top of the event calendar regardless of when the event takes place ensuring your sponsor's event is the first event seen by visitors. Pinned places appear first in the same way, highlighting your organization's partnerships.

A category created to list a partner organization's events can be used and viewed by visitors in a number of ways.
- Visitors may select and view the partner's category in your main Event Calendar.
- The specific partner category may be embedded on it's own page to highlight that business partner.
- The partner's event category may be embedded on that partner's website to share the features and resources of the DXP Event Calendar module.
