Step by Step

Step 1: Open the Itinerary Builder V3

Log into your Client Dashboard, then navigate to:
Content Management → Itinerary Builder → V3 → Open New Itinerary Builder
You’ll land on the updated editing dashboard where your itinerary customization begins.

Step 2: Switch to 3D Map View

Select an existing itinerary and open it in edit mode. Then, click the Itinerary View Style button and choose 3D Map View from the available options.

Step 3: Search and Add Places or Events

Use the Search bar to look for attractions or events you want to add to your itinerary.

Step 4: Remove Attractions

Simply click on an attraction in the list and select Remove to delete it from the itinerary.

Step 5: Scroll Through Attractions

Scroll through the attractions list to browse all stops in your itinerary.

Step 6: View Attraction Details

Click on attraction names or map pins to see more details about each stop.

Step 7: Expand or Fold the Interactive Map Story Panel

Expand the story panel to view additional features, or fold it to see more of the map.

Step 9: Share, Get GPS Directions, or Export

Access the Share Itinerary, GPS Directions, and Export as PDF options directly from the 3D map view.

Map View Options

To ensure a smooth experience for travelers, the 3D map view includes a smart notification system. Since this view requires more data to power its immersive features, visitors with limited internet access or those looking to reduce data usage will be able to choose from the following options:

• Continue with the 3D map view
• Switch to a 2D map view
• Use Storytelling mode

This allows users to continue exploring the itinerary seamlessly. These options are visible only to the visitors and do not change the default 3D view you’ve set for the itinerary.

Key Interactions in 3D View

 ✅ Use the Search bar to add places or events
 ✅ Click on pins or names to view attraction details
 ✅ Remove attractions easily
 ✅ Scroll through the list of stops
 ✅ Fold or expand the interactive story panel
 ✅ Watch the interactive map story – pause and resume anytime
 ✅ Access Share, GPS, and Export PDF as usual
 ✅ Travelers with limited connectivity can choose lighter viewing options (2D or Storytelling mode)

Important Notes

● All itinerary functions remain active in the 3D view
● Fully responsive across desktop and mobile
● Ideal for showcasing scenic routes or multi-stop experiences
