Take full control over how itineraries are displayed across your website. With Multiple Itinerary Widgets, you can now create and embed different sets of itineraries on your webpages—each with its own style, content, and purpose.

Step by Step
This update allows you to group itineraries into custom widgets and embed them on different pages across your site. Each widget has its own embed code and can be styled with different background images and text.
Step-by-step: Create and manage your widgets
Step 1: Open the Itinerary Builder V3
Log into your Client Dashboard, then navigate to:
Content Management → Itinerary Builder → V3 → Open New Itinerary Builder
You’ll land on the updated editing dashboard where your itinerary customization begins.

Step 2: Locate the Default Widget
Each account includes a default widget that cannot be removed.

Step 3: Click “Manage Multiple Widgets”
This opens a panel where you can create, manage, and delete widgets.
Step 4: Create a New Widget
Click Create a new widget, give it a title, and save.
Step 5: Edit or Delete a Widget
Hover over an existing widget to:
✅ Open it
✅ Delete it (except the default widget)
✅ Copy its embed link using the Get link button
Step 6: Assigning Itineraries to Widgets
You can add itineraries to widgets in two ways:
a) Create a new itinerary inside a widget
– Use the Create a New Itinerary button from within the widget view.
b) Move an existing itinerary
– In the Itinerary Library, click Move to other widgets and select the destination widget.
Important Notes
✅ Each widget can be customized independently
✅ The Default Widget cannot be removed
✅ A single itinerary can belong to one or multiple widgets.
✅ If a widget is deleted, its itineraries are transferred to the Default Widget to avoid data loss
✅ Widgets support different background images, text, and color themes
