Step by Step

Step 1: Open the Itinerary Builder V3

Log in to your Client Dashboard and navigate to:

Content Management → Itinerary Builder → V3 → Open New Itinerary Builder

This will launch the latest version of the Itinerary Builder, where you’ll manage all your visitor journeys.

Step 2: Access the Itinerary Library View

Once inside the Builder, scroll to view your list of existing itineraries. This is your Itinerary Library View—where you can edit, create, and organize itineraries.

Step 3: Customize Visuals

Click the pencil icons to customize the layout of your Itinerary Library. You can update or remove background images and adjust the content box color to align with your brand’s visual style.

• Update the background image or remove it entirely

•  Change the background color of the text box to match your branding

Step 4: Edit Text Display

In the same edit panel, you can:
✅ Update the title, description, and on-screen messaging
✅ Change font colors to align with your visual identity

Step 5: Create a New Itinerary

Click the Create a New Itinerary button. Fill in the required fields:

✅ Title

✅ Description

✅ Itinerary Photos

✅ Key Info

Note: Every new itinerary is created as “Inactive” (Unpublished) by default.

Step 6: Publish, Unpublish, or Delete Itineraries

Use the available buttons to:

•  Publish or unpublish an itinerary

•  Delete permanently (this action cannot be undone)

Step 7: Copy, Share, or Embed Links

For published itineraries, click the Copy link button. You’ll get:

✅ A shareable link for visitors

✅ An embed code for adding the itinerary to other pages

Creating Multiple Itinerary Widgets

Once your itineraries are ready, you can group and display them in separate widgets across different pages of your site.
