1. What are the correct dimensions for the promo graphic?
a. 1300x850px
2. Can the promo graphic be different for the Event Calendar and Places module?
a. No, the promo image will show the same on both.
3. How do I set up custom categories?
a. These are set up in the dashboard by turning “on” custom categories. Your team can set up as many custom categories as needed, and assign events/places to as many categories as needed. Each custom category has a unique embed code that allows you to embed a module view that defaults to the listings in the custom category.

4.What are use cases for the PDF export?
a. The online version of the PDF export can be used for monthly newsletters or email blasts, and the print version can be dispersed at hotels, the visitors center, or other brick and mortar locations.
5. What does the "Remove” button do? What happened to the "Delete" button?
a. The "Remove" button removes a Place from the Approved or Unapproved list in the Dashboard, and prevents the specific Place from being pulled into the dashboard in the future. The Place is added to the Manually Removed Places list where it can can always be reverted in the dashboard. To block ALL Places of a certain type (Chain restaurants/multiple locations, or an industry you do not wish to promote such as auto mechanics), please use the Block by Keyword function.
7. What if a place listing is missing?
a. While most place listings pull in automatically during the dashboard setup process, there may be listings that were missing for various reasons. The dashboard features a way to search for Google listings manually, in order to bring in all content available with the Google listing.
8. Can I link to individual itineraries?
a. Yes, you an embed individual itineraries. We advise setting up a new page for the individual itinerary, or include it in an existing page or blog that corresponds to the itinerary theme.
9. Can we change the radius of miles for 'nearby places to explore?' Two miles seems to small or too large.
a. Yes, please reach out to ITI Support and we can change the default radius for you.
