The ability to group Places by Cities or areas is an available feature offered by ITI Digital. Please reach out to your Customer Success representative if you wish to upgrade your Dashboard to utilize this tool.
Grouping by City allows you to create a custom category for a city, region or specific area, allowing visitors to easily find nearby places to check out if your organization promotes a broad region.
How to use Location Filters:
Log in to the DXP Dashboard and navigate to Customization>Location Filters>Place Location Filters.
- Click on the ‘+ group’ to create new groups of cities - the group can be edited and renamed by choice.
- One or multiple cities can be included in a group.
- ‘Use city level filter’ checkbox enabled - if this is enabled, the cities selected to be included in the group will be displayed as a secondary menu.
- SAVE the changes so they can be visible on the website.
