Need to update multiple events at once? With the new Bulk Management feature in Dashboard V3, you can easily approve listings, pin to the top, export to PDF, or even generate AI-powered descriptions—all from one screen.

Step-by-Step: Use Bulk Management for Events

Step 1: Log in to your DXP Dashboard

Navigate to: Events Calendar → Manage Listings


Step 2: Select events for bulk action

Click once on any event listing to select it. A colored border will appear to show it’s active. Click additional events to add them to your selection.

Step 3: Monitor the real-time counter

 A new dropdown will appear in the top-right corner, displaying:

  • The total number of events visible (based on filters)
  • The number of selected events

Step 4: Click the dropdown to choose an action

Available bulk actions include:

  • Approve / Unapprove
  • Remove Selected
  • Add to / Remove from Itinerary
  • Add to / Remove from Custom Category
  • Set PDF Export Status
  • Add to / Remove from Featured Events
  • Pin / Unpin from Top
  • Lock / Unlock


Use AI to Generate Descriptions in Bulk

Step 1: Select the events you want to update

Step 2: Open the dropdown and choose AI Description Generator

Step 3: In the pop-up window:

  • Choose a Word Count
  • Select a Tone or Mood
  • Click Generate Descriptions

Step 4: Once generation is complete, click the top-right popup to review

  • Edit or approve the generated content
  • Close the window if no changes are needed
